I purchased the necklace for my daughter and because she likes longer chains I ordered the 20" which is of better quality than the 18" chain I received on my gifted necklace from her. Necklace is lovely, and I am excited to gift to her. I did not get an email confirmation when I placed the order, but did get notification that my credit card had been charged which made me nervous. I reached out to customer service via email twice, and was assured that order had been placed and it was delivered when it was originally quoted to be.
