Delivery was on time and product was nicely packaged. Shipping was too high since I know the package arrived with 1.97 postage cost. The chain on the enamel necklace is not high quality and the circle ring is not fully closed so the pendant is not securely attached. You have a nice product and it was well loved by my teenage daughter on Valentines Day.
