I preferred this product as it was charm style vs. attached to the necklace- this way if the name necklace breaks, we can still use the charm on another chain. I would have liked the script style, but didn’t care for the way my daughter’s name appeared in the fonts available. Very happy to see the sample of font provided to 'try out' the look before ordering- making more available for all style you offer would be great!

Although delivery was free, I received the necklace in very good time and realize that the time quoted for delivery is just a 'worst case scenario' and it doesn't actually take as long. When I received the necklace, the chain had a weak link. I contacted My Name Necklace and they were very efficient in quickly replacing the chain and following up to make sure that the replacement was in good order. This is a very good gift idea which is not too pricy.
